ABOUT potato omelette RECIPE

this is my very favourite recipe and this recipe is very healthy tasty and very easy recipe.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. potato one piece
  2. 3 eggs
  3. 2 Chopped Onions
  4. 1/2 teaspoon kashmiri red chilli powder
  5. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
  6. 1 chopped green chilli
  7. 2 Tbsp Coriander leaves
  8. 3 tbsp refined oil
  9. salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. potato cutted into small dice size
  2. heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan
  3. now add potato
  4. Fry it on medium heat
  5. after 2 minute add chopped onion and Saute
  6. now added Kashmiri red chilli powder
  7. and now added salt as per taste
  8. now fry it for 2-3 minutes
  9. break the 3 eggs into a bowl
  10. And added fried potato
  11. now added chopped green chilli
  12. Added chopped coriander leaves
  13. and now a added black pepper powder and salt as per taste
  14. and whisk it
  15. heat 2 tbsp refined oil in a pan
  16. reduce the flame to low and Pour the egg mixture
  17. cook it on low heat for 2-3 minutes
  18. After 2minutes flip it to cook other side and cook same 2minutes
  19. after sometime its done
  20. and cutting 4 pieces
  21. Now Serve it.
