ABOUT Oats Dosa RECIPE

We need dosa on regular basis. But this is a recipe which is full of nutrition and taste.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup oats flour
  2. 1/2 cup curds
  3. 1 green chili
  4. 1 tbsp cumin
  5. 1 tbsp white sesame
  6. 1 tsp salt
  7. Pinch of fruit salt
  8. 2 tbsp oil/ghee
  9. 1/4 cup coriander
  10. 2 garlic cloves.

Instructions

  1. In a blender add all the ingredients except fruit salt and sesame. And blend it into a smooth paste
  2. Add fruit salt and sesame and mix it well.
  3. Now heat a Non-stick pan, apply some oil over the pan.
  4. Pour in the dosa better and spread it like dosa. Drizzle some more oil or ghee from the edges.
  5. Try to remove dosa from the edges and check whether is crispy.
  6. Now the dosa is ready to serve. Prepare more dosa's from the remaining batter.
  7. And serve it with coconut chutney
