Powdered sugar 50 gm
Wheat flour 150 gm
Egg 1 number
Strawberry pulp 2 tablespoon

Instructions

Beat butter and sugar till fluffy
Add egg and beat
Add wheat flour and mix well add strawberry pulp and mix with hand like roti dough
Keep it in fridge for 1 hour
In a baking tray spread butter paper
Make small balls of the dough and flat it lightly
Place in the tray
Bake it in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for 20 minutes
Let it cool and store in a airtight container
