ABOUT Healthy Sandwich RECIPE

This recipe is healthy because i used tofu and brown bread.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 slices brown bread
  2. 2 tbsp mustard paste
  3. 2 tbsp mayonise
  4. 2 tomatoes chopped
  5. 2 onion chopped
  6. 2 cucumber chopped
  7. 4 letuse leaves
  8. 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
  9. 2 tsp Olive oil
  10. 4-6 slices tofu/paneer

Instructions

  1. Coat tofu in mustard paste and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and saute tofu until golden brown on both sides.
  3. Heat tawa and slightly roast bread slices.
  4. Take one bread slice and spread mayonise and place tofu slice on it.
  5. Place chopped onion, cucumber and tomatoe.
  6. Sprinkle black pepper powder and salt.
  7. Cover with the remaining bread slice and press with hands.
  8. Cut into triangles and serve with tomato sauce.
