ABOUT ROSE FLAVOURED MARZIPAN RECIPE

Marzipans are Italian desserts ,almonds used in it are very much benificial in winters ,i gave it a differnt touch by adding deccicated coconut and rooh afza syrup to it

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Almonds 1 cup(soaked in water for minimum 2 hours )
  2. milk half cup
  3. Powdered sugar half cup
  4. Rooh afza syrup 3 tablespoons
  5. Ghee one tablespoon
  6. desiccated coconut as required

Instructions

  1. wash the almonds
  2. Peel off the skin
  3. now take these almonds in a mixture jar and add the milk
  4. grind it to make a very smooth paste
  5. now heat ghee in a frying pan
  6. add almond paste to it
  7. stir continuously for two minutes in medium flame
  8. now add sugar to it
  9. mix it well for another 1 minute
  10. now add rooh afza syrup
  11. stir till the mixture comes out from the pan
  12. remove from the heat and make it cool, keep it in the freezer for 15 minutes
  13. take small small portions and make balls
  14. place desiccated coconut in a plate
  15. Coat the balls on it
  16. Rose flavoured marzipans are ready to serve
