Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/4 cup Seasme
  2. 1/2 cup groundnut or peanut
  3. 1/2 cup wheat flour
  4. 1/2 cup suji
  5. 1/2 cup Milk
  6. 1/2 cup Ghee
  7. 1/2 cup jaggery
  8. 1/4 cup grated or powdered coconut
  9. 1 teaspoon baking powder
  10. Cashew or any other nuts for garnish

Instructions

  1. Dry roast Seasme and make a powder through mixer.
  2. Dry roast groundnuts , peel n powder it too.
  3. In hot pan add half spoon ghee once melted add jaggery. Once it is melted add all the dry ingredients. N remove from flame.
  4. Jaggery liquid should be mixed properly and so the ghee. Get this transferred into a bowl now.
  5. Keep mixing n try to form a good binded but not so loose dough. Add milk little by little.
  6. Once you know it is ready preheat the oven to 160°C.
  7. Take a small pedha of the dough and press little. Grease baking tray with ghee or oil and line up all cookies one by one.
  8. Add any nuts on top, Bake for 10 to 20 minutes or untill turned golden from both sides or untill you feel it is done.
