Sweet idli made of Jaggery and Jackfruit.

Take a mixer. Grind powdered jaggery and coconut. Do not add any water while grinding. If required you may add very little water.
Soak raw rice for 1 hour.
Once coconut-jaggery mixture is done then add chopped jackfruit pieces and salt to it and grind again. Grind to a fine paste. Add water little by little.
Add drained raw rice to the mixture and grind it coarsely.
Transfer the batter to a bowl and add cardamom powder. Batter consistency should be that of idli batter.
Take a steamer and add water to it. Once it boils, grease idli moulds with little ghee and pour the batter. Steam for 15 minutes.
Prick a knife to check if the idli is done. If it comes out clean, then idli is done.
Serve hot with butter.
