ABOUT Ghiya and Cucumber Juice RECIPE

A very healthy and fibrous juice to start your day with.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Ghiya 200 gms
  2. Cucumber 300 gms
  3. Tulsi leaves 5
  4. Lemon juice half lemon
  5. black salt to taste
  6. Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Peel ghiya and cucumber.
  2. Chop them into small pieces.
  3. Put chopped ghiya, cucumber , tulsi leaves, black salt , black pepper and lemon juice into the blender.
  4. Blend them for some time.
  5. Strain it through a sieve.
  6. Serve cold.
