Make your winters warm with these delicious rolls.This is an amazingly easy receipe to make .can be had for breakfast,lunch,dinner or include it in your party menu too. Its simple and can execute with whatever ingredeints youve got in your pantry.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. For the dough:
  2. 1 1/2 cup flour
  3. 1/4 cup luke warm water
  4. 1 tsp instant dry yeast
  5. 1 tbsp sugar
  6. 1 tbsp olive oil
  7. Salt 1/2 tsp
  8. Luke warm water to make thr dough
  9. For the pizza sauce :
  10. Seasonal fresh ripe tomatoes -3
  11. 2 tbsp Tomatoe sauce
  12. 1 small onion chopped fine
  13. 1 pod garlic cloves chopped fine
  14. 1 tbsp Italian herbs
  15. 1 tbsp red chilli flakes
  16. 1/4 tsp of rosemary
  17. Pinch of salt
  18. 1/2 tsp sugar
  19. 2 tsp oil
  20. Other ingredeints :
  21. Amul / grated mozerrella cheese -1/2 cup or more
  22. 2 tbsp chopped coriander
  23. Butter for basting
  24. Milk + honey for brushing

Instructions

  1. To make the dough first add the yeast and sugar to the lukewarm water .mix well ,cover and leave for 10 minutes
  2. Take a bowl add the flour and salt , mix well with a wooden spoon
  3. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil to the flour.continue to mix with a wooden spoon
  4. Now invert the dough crumbs on a plain surface.
  5. Use more lukewarm water and knnead for 12 to 15 minutes to form a smooth pliable dough
  6. Apply oil to the innerside of a vessel and dough .put the dough in the oiled vessel .
  7. Cover and leave to rise in a warm place.takes an hour or more
  8. Meanwhile make the sauce.
  9. Chop the tomatoes fine.
  10. Take a sauce pan. Heat some oil
  11. Add the chopped garlic and saute
  12. Now add the onions and saute till soft and transparent.add pinch of salt and 1/2tsp sugar while sauting the onions
  13. Now add the tomatoes .covet and cook till mushy
  14. Add the dried herbs and spices. Add tomatoes sauce and further cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
  15. Switch of the gas and let the thick sauce cool completely.
  16. Punch the risen dough 3 to 4 times and place on a flour dusted surface
  17. Roll it into a large rectangular chapati
  18. Apply the cooled pizza/ matinara sauce all over. Sprinkle or spread some cheese all over generously.
  19. Start rolling tightly from one side
  20. Roll completely.pinch the seam side and roll once or twice. Now make equidistant cuts.
  21. Cut completely and place in a greased tin which is also covered with parchment paper
  22. Apply the honey+ milk wash
  23. Cover and leaves for 20 minutes
  24. Meanwhile preheat oven for 10 minutes at 200 °
  25. Now bake the rolls for 15 to 20 minutes at 200°
  26. After 15 minutes bast with butter and top with some shredded cheese.
  27. Bake and broil further for few minutes till golden
  28. Remove and garnishwith chopped coriander
  29. Leave for 5 minutes in the pan then transfer to a plate directly
  30. Can pull out your roll and have hot or warm with tea or fresh soup
