Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cup Wheat flour
  2. 1 cup jaggery
  3. 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  4. 1 tsp cardamom powder
  5. 2 boiled sweet potato
  6. Butter
  7. Honey (optional)
  8. 1 tbsp Baking powder
  9. 1 tsp Baking soda
  10. 2 cup full creamy milk

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add jaggery and chilled creamy milk and beat it well. Until jaggery melts in milk, then add mashed sweet potato.
  2. After add sieved Wheat flour, baking soda and powder, cinnamon powder, cardamom powder mix well
  3. Further if you want add more Milk it becomes smooth thick flowing consistency batter.
  4. Next heat the tawa add butter then pour the ladlefull of batter while bubbles comes on the top of batter. Then flip over and bake it
  5. Bake bother sides to comes golden brown colour. Finally serve sweet potato pancake with garnishing honey. Delicious and healthy pancake ready to serve.
