Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For roti
  2. Jowar flour
  3. Biled water
  4. For peas ridgegourd curry
  5. Peeled and chopped ridge gourd
  6. Fresh peas
  7. Onion, coriander leaves chopped
  8. Chilli powder, cumin powder
  9. Coriander powder, jaggery
  10. Tamarind, salt to taste
  11. Cumin and mustard seeds
  12. few curry leaves
  13. Oil, pinch of hing
  14. Tomato chopped
  15. Ginger Garlic Paste
  16. Red broken chilli
  17. Grinded cocnut and green chilli

Instructions

  1. In the mixing bowl take 3 cup jowari flour add 1 cup of boiled water then mix well , after add little by little cold water and knead the dough.
  2. Make a ball and gently press with hands then tap until it big round shape.
  3. Roast on tawa fully apply one side little water . Roast 2 sides
  4. RIDGE GOURD CURRY Heat the oil add mustard and cumin seeds it splutter then add Curry leaves chopped onion and tomato saute well
  5. Next add above mentioned all masala ingredients . Saute till it turns aromatic.
  6. Lastly add chopped ridge gourd and peas mix and simmer for a minute.
  7. Further add water adjust consistency. Cover and boil it.
  8. Finally add chopped coriander leaves and serve it roti or chapati with curd, pickle,salad etc
