Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Flat beans 500grams.
  2. Red chillies 10nos.
  3. Garlic 2pods.
  4. Salt to taste.
  5. Mustard oil 100 ml.
  6. Nigella seeds 1table spoon.

Instructions

  1. Remove ridges of flat beans and boil for 2_3minutes,drain and dry in a paper napkin.
  2. Keep in sunlight or in air to dry the beans.
  3. Make a paste of garlic and chillies.
  4. Mix chilli_garlic paste to beans ,add salt and nigella seeds.Mix well.
  5. Pour mustard oil over beans,mix and keep in a glass jar.
  6. Cover the jar and keep in sunlight for 2_3 days.
  7. Pickle is ready to consume.
