ABOUT Apple Canapes Salad RECIPE

Sumptuous healthy filling great looking thes fresh fruit and veggie salad. Added on Apple slices acting as Canapes,the gudness of apples ,sprouts grapes,black and green ,tomatoes pomegrante,oranges or any veggie youd love to add.Do this aside any meal as a refreshing salad.i bet youd love it.A dsh of olive oil,chaat masala,pepper and salt to taste.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1-2 round apples(juicy)
  2. 1 bowl pomegranate seeds
  3. 1 bowl fresh moong sprouts
  4. 1 tomato cut small
  5. 1 cup cut small green and black grapes
  6. 2 pieces fresh paneer crumbled
  7. 1tblspn olive oil
  8. Salt to taste
  9. 1 tspn fine pepper
  10. 1tspn chaat masala optional

Instructions

  1. Wash fruits like apples grapes , veggies like tomato ,sprouts and coriander
  2. Cut tomatoes grapes small
  3. Cut out round apple slices keep in a plate to use finally to serve itself
  4. Mix all fruits veggies in a bowl with chopped coriander added
  5. Add the pomegranate and chopped grapes on top ,
  6. Add salt pepper and pour2 tblspn olive oil too
  7. Mix lightly all
  8. Open out orange segments and place around the apples
  9. Now add spoon fulls of the fruity veggie mix on apple slices
  10. Chill in fridge if you prefer cold or want to keep fresh till serving
  11. Serve this salad with or without meals ahead
  12. Garnish as prefer with coriander
