I am starting to appriciate with garins soup its more than rice and wheat..its winter punch to have this soup

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Barley 80gms
  2. Coconut milk 30ml
  3. Tender coconut grated half cup
  4. Salt half tsp
  5. Pepper half tsp
  6. Tasting salt half tsp
  7. Carrot slices half cup
  8. Capsicum slices half cup
  9. Coriander half cup
  10. French beans half cup
  11. Butter 10gms
  12. Croutons 2tsp
  13. Chopped garlic half tsp

Instructions

  1. Let's prepare ..take a bowl put barley grains
  2. Pour water wash and soaked half an hour
  3. Then put into pressure cooker keep cook 3 vissles
  4. Once barley soften.. ready to prepare soup
  5. Heat pan add butter put garlic pieces add veggies one by one
  6. Keep statue veggies once it soften no need to more soft..little tender kind is better chew while
  7. Having soup..then pour coconut milk add salt , pepper,tasting salt on it
  8. Keep boil add grated tender coconut once soup forms creamy texture
  9. Pour into bowl add croutons and lemon ready to serve
