Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chole 1 cup (soaked overnight)
  2. Chana dal (soaked overnight)
  3. Rice cooked 1/2 cup
  4. Quakers oats 1/2 cup
  5. Raw banana 3
  6. Wheat flour 2 cups
  7. Onion 4 to 5
  8. Carrot grated 1/2 cup
  9. Cabbage shredded 1/2 cup
  10. Capsicum slits 1/2 cup
  11. Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
  12. Coconut powder 2 tbsp
  13. Ginger Garlic paste 2 tsp
  14. Garam masala 1 tsp
  15. Tomato ketchup as required
  16. Salt and Pepper as per taste

Instructions

  1. Pressure cook chole with added salt. Coarse grind.
  2. Pressure cook chana dal and coarse grind.
  3. Boil banana in water until cooked. Remove skin and mash.
  4. Coarse grind oats and mix.
  5. Add cooked rice.
  6. Saute 1 onion and add.
  7. Add all masala, ginger garlic paste, coriander leaves, sesame seeds, coconut powder and mix.
  8. Apply oil to the hand and shape oval cutlets.
  9. Knead wheat flour. Roll roti and cook with a little oil applied.
  10. Put the cutlet, carrot, cabbage, capsicum, onion and make franky.
  11. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
