Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 boiled potatoes
  2. 1/2 cup wheat flour
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Fennel seeds
  5. Corriender powder
  6. Dry mango powder
  7. 2 green chillies
  8. Green corriender
  9. Ginger pest

Instructions

  1. Mash potatoes, make sure there is no lumps
  2. Add all spices like salt, fenal seeds, roasted cummin powder, red chilli powder, corriender powder, amchur powder ect
  3. Now add ginger pest, green chillies, corriender leaves and mix well
  4. Make small balls from mix and keep aside
  5. Kneed a dough by adding salt, oil with water
  6. Roll a ball of dough and fill with potatoes filling. Cover and past properly and roll again
  7. Now cook these ready paranthas on hot taw by use of oil from both side. Ready
