Cottage cheese 1 cup
Yogurt - 1 tbsp
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Honey - 1 tbsp
Fresh Strawberries 6-7
Mint leaf as needed Fruit salt - pinch
Balsamic Glaze - as needed to drizzle on.

Instructions

Cottage cheese spread: Blend together the cottage cheese with a tbsp of yogurt, sugar and honey. make balsamic glaze by boiling balsamic vinegar with honey and reducing it. Grill the bread till crisp.
Spread the cottage cheese, lay the strawberry on top, add a few mint leaves, a grind of fruit salt and a drizzle of cold balsamic glaze. Voila!!
