ABOUT Veg omelette RECIPE

It is for pure vegetarians who don't eat egg and will be very tasty

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. ¼ cup besan 
  2. 1 tbsp maida
  3. 1/3 rd cup water
  4. ¼ tsp salt
  5. 2 tbsp onion finely chopped
  6. 2 tbsp coriander finely chopped
  7. 1 green chilli finely chopped
  8. 2 tbsp tomato finely chopped
  9. 2 tbsp carrot finely chopped
  10. 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
  11. 1/2 tbsp chilli powder
  12. 2 tbsp oil

Instructions

  1. firstly, in a large mixing bowl take ¼ cup besan and 1 tbsp maida.
  2. add in 1/3rd cup water and whisk smooth for 5 minutes.
  3. Add ¼ tsp salt,turmeric powder and red chilli powder
  4. add 2 tbsp onion, 2 tbsp coriander, 1 green chilli and whisk well.
  5. Now add finely chopped tomato, carrot,coriander and mix well
  6. the batter is smooth flowing consistency.
  7. heat the pan with 1 tsp oil and brush well.
  8. pour the batter into hot pan.
  9. spread the batter.
  10. allow to cook for 2 minutes on medium flame
  11. cook the other side as well.
