Fusion pizza made out of Ragi, rolled oats and wheat can be eaten with less guilt. It's quite healthy with a twist of Indian taste of pickle as a main base spread.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Ragi flour 1/2 cup
  2. whole wheat flour 1/2 cup
  3. Rolled oats 1/4 cup
  4. salt 1/2 teaspoon
  5. sugar 1/ 2 teaspoon
  6. Instant yeast 7 grams
  7. Oil for greasing 1 teaspoon
  8. Citron pickle gravy 2 tablespoon
  9. Tomato sauce 1 tbsp
  10. Capsicum 1
  11. onion chopped 1
  12. Basil 1/ 4 teaspoon
  13. Mozzarella cheese 6 tbsp
  14. water 1 cup of as required
  15. warm water 1 /4 cup

Instructions

  1. Sift boot the flash together with salt
  2. Take yeast in another bowl. Add warm water and sugar and mix well till yeast activates
  3. In a bowl,add dry ingredients (sifted flour and oats) and add activated yeast to it.
  4. Knead the mixture well and rest till it double the size or an hour.
  5. Preheat oven to 180 degree centigrade.Grease a baking tray with some oil.
  6. slice capsicum and onions green cheese and keep it aside.
  7. Place the risendough on a greased baking tray and spread evenly according to the size of the tin.
  8. spread citron pickle gravy evenly.
  9. Sprinkle 2 teaspoon of cheese over gravy
  10. spread some tomato sauce mix with onion and green pepper pieces.
  11. Sprinkle to the leftover cheese .
  12. Sprinkle Basil and place green pepper slices. Bake for 20 minutes and pizza is ready to serve.
  13. Healthy thickly pizza with the future is ready to consume with less guilt.
