Take leftover roti and roast it on a gridle with help of cloth. When it becomes crispy apply ghee on it and khakhra is ready. Sprinkle chat masala and chilli powder, your chat masala khakhra is ready. You can store it upto 15 days also. If you want to make veg masala khakhra than on chat masala khakhra put finely cut cabbage/tomato/onion/dhaniya, sprout mung, chat masala powder, red chilli powder, salt and fine sev. Your veg masala khakhra is ready to serve. It stays crispy for long.
