Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 50 gram black beans or rajma
  2. 1  Green Capsicums
  3. 1 tomato
  4. 1/2 cup curd
  5. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  6. 1/2 cup mint leaves
  7. 1 tbsp chat masala powder
  8. 2 tbsp sev
  9. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl of rajma, Soak it overnight in water. If you want it to be soft, you can also boil it in a cooker 
  2. Finely chop one fresh tomatoes into small pieces.
  3. Finely chop one green capsicums into small pieces
  4. Mix the beans,capsicum and tomato in a bowl.
  5. Add about half a cup of thick curd.
  6. Add chopped mint leaves to the mixture.
  7. Add a little salt to taste and chat masala.
  8. Let the mixture marinate for about ten minutes
  9. lay out the chips (any flavour)
  10. On each piece of chips, add a large spoon of the mixture
  11. Now add some sev on it.
  12. Ready to serve and eat.
