This is a very simple to make yet tasty and healthy sandwich...can be had for breakfast or evening teatime snack

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Capsicum 1
  2. Carrot small half of one carrot
  3. Tomato 1 medium
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Black pepper powder one fourth tsp
  6. Oregano one fourth tsp
  7. Red chilli flakes as per taste
  8. Cream cheese..four tbsp
  9. Two tspn olive oil

Instructions

  1. First chop all vegs very fine.
  2. In a pan take two tsp oil.
  3. Add veggies.
  4. Add salt, black pepper, red chilli flakes.
  5. Sauté vegs for just a min
  6. Cool the veggies.
  7. Add cream cheese.
  8. Mix and spread between two breads evenly..makes WD four breads for two ppl.
  9. Heat a pan place d bread on it press flip press till cooked from both sides... Cut from the middle and serve.
