Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Ingredients for gulabjamun
  2. Khoya or condensed milk 250 gm
  3. Cottage cheese 250 gm
  4. Plain flour 100 gm
  5. Raisins 2tsp
  6. Ghee for frying 2 cups
  7. Ingredients for Thai sauce
  8. Dry red chili 5
  9. Water 1cup
  10. sugar 1tsp
  11. Vinegar 1tsp
  12. Salt 1/2 tsp
  13. Cornflour 1¹/² tsp
  14. Garlic Cloves 5

Instructions

  1. Method for gulab jamun
  2. Take a bowl
  3. add plain flour , khoya or condensed milk and cottage cheese in it and mix it well and make fine dough
  4. Then take small ball of dough
  5. Put 2 or 3 raisins in the middle
  6. Round it and make balls
  7. Then deep fry all gulab jamun on medium to slow flame
  8. When it become golden brown
  9. Its done..
  10. Method for Thai sauce
  11. Soak dry red chili in water for 1/2 n hour
  12. Then take a jar
  13. Add dry chili , garlic , vinegar , sugar and salt in it..
  14. Blend it and make fine paste
  15. Then take a pan
  16. Add paste and water in it
  17. Then take a small bowl, add cornflour and 2 tsp water in it and make fine batter
  18. Add this batter in red chili paste
  19. Cook it till sauce become little thick
  20. And serve hot with gulab jamun
