ABOUT Fruity Pani Puri RECIPE

Perfect for fruit lovers, this unique pani puri recipes combines the zesty taste of fruits with the peppy taste of pani puri. Chopped fruits replace the traditional potato mixture stuffed into the puris, while a spicy fruity liquid replaces the normal pani. The fruity flavours of Orange and Guava juice blend beautifully with Indian spices to make the Fruity Pani Puri a unique experience worth remembering forever! Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 1 Packet Real Guava Juice
  2. 1 Packet Real Orange Juice
  3. 1 Readymade Packet of Pani Puri
  4. 8-10 Mint leaves chopped
  5. lemon juice
  6. 1 tsp roasted jeera powder
  7. Black Salt
  8. 8-10 Basil leaves chopped
  9. 1 tsp Ginger finely chopped
  10. 1 tsp Sugar
  11. Freshly chopped Apples, Watermelon, Plums, Mangoes

Instructions

  1. Method : In a bowl take 250ml Guava juice. Add chopped mint leaves, jeera powder, 1 lemon juice and black salt. Mix everything and the Pani for Puris is ready.
  2. In another bowl take 250ml of Orange juice add to it Basil leaves, ginger, sugar and black salt. Squeeze 1 tsp lemon juice and mix well.
  3. For the Filling : In a bowl take all the fruits chopped and mix well.
  4. Assembling Together : Take the Puris add the fruits filling and enjoy with the fruity pani.
  5. The delicious Fruity Pani Puri is all ready to Enjoy
