Ingredients: Maida 2 cups; Sugar 2 tbsp; Yeast 2 tsp; Baking powder 1/4tsp; Salt 1 tsp; Warm Water to knead; Milk powder or milk 2 tbsp; Mozarella cheese 250grm; Capsicum 2; Carrot 4; Pizza sauce 1/4cup; Chilly sauce 4 tbsp; mixed herbs 2 tsp; oil

Maida 2 cups

Yeast 2 tsp
Baking powder 1/4tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Warm Water to knead
Milk powder or milk 2 tbsp
Mozarella cheese 250grm
Capsicum 2
Carrot 4
Pizza sauce 1/4cup
Chilly sauce 4 tbsp
mixed herbs 2 tsp

Instructions

To make pizza dough:
First dissolve yeast ,sugar in warm water for 10 mins until it rises.
In a wide bowl mix maida,yeast mix,salt,milk powder,baking powder and oil ,mix with warm water until it form soft dough.
Smear with oil and keep covered in warm place for 3 hrs until it rises.
Pizza mixture:
Cut the carrots and capsicum into small pieces a
In a kadai ,add oil and saute the carrot ,add chilly sauce, salt,and mixed herbs.when done remove and keep aside
Now saute the green bell pepper and add chilly sauce and salt and mixed herbs.when done remove and keep aside
After 3 hours,take the pizza dough punch it down and knead .make balls and then roll it
Put holes on it using fork
Now put pizza sauce followed by mozarella cheese.then add the carrot mix first and cheese in the middle followed by capsicum mix
Bake in preheated oven at 170degree for 12 to 15 minutes until cheese melts.
