ABOUT Gulab jamun with cream cheese RECIPE

Now a days Dessert jars are in fashion.. These jars are perfect for parties and for return gift too. This recipe is fusion of indian dessert with whip Cream.. this recipe is a must try Recipe .. very delicious and tasty too.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Cooking cream 125 gms
  2. White Chocolate compound 75 gms
  3. Cream cheese 100 gms
  4. Gelatin or Agar agar ( soaked in 40 ml water) 10 gms
  5. Whip cream 200 gms
  6. Gulab jamun (large) 10 numbers
  7. Chopped nuts.

Instructions

  1. Whip cream until soft peaks and keep it in fridge.
  2. Take a heavy bottom sauce pan and boil cooking cream.
  3. Remove from heat add chopped Chocolate and stir untill completely dissolved.
  4. Strain and let it cool down for some time.
  5. Take a mixing bowl and mix white ganache and cream cheese together.
  6. Melt gelatine or agar agar in microwave and add to mixture.
  7. Finally fold the mixture in whipped cream.
  8. Layers in jars with gulab jamun.
  9. Refrigerate overnight and served with crushed nuts and small gulab jamun on top.
