Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Bottle gourd 11/2 cup grated
  2. Chana daal 1/2 cup
  3. Oil 4-5 spoon
  4. Bay leqves 2-3
  5. Cardamom 3
  6. Black pepper
  7. Cinamon 1/2inch
  8. Dry coconut 1tsp
  9. Poppyseeds 1 tsp
  10. Chilly 2
  11. Onion 1 small
  12. Ginger garlic paste
  13. Coriander 1/2 cup chopped
  14. Salt to taste
  15. Bread crumbs 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Soak the chanadal 4 hours
  2. Rinse the soaked daal
  3. Heat 1 tsp oil in a cooker add all spices
  4. Add ginger garlic paste, chopped onion,
  5. Add daal, mix it weell
  6. Add salt an d water and take 4-5 whistle in pressure cooker
  7. When it cool grind it in mixer
  8. Add boiled bottlegourd add all mixer, masala and bread crumb
  9. Make kabab
  10. Now heat the pan , greased some oil and roasted it both sides on midum flame
