Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 Tsp - Ginger & Garlic Paste
  2. ½ Tsp - Pepper
  3. ¼ Tsp - Asafoetida/Hing
  4. ½ - Ajwain / Carom seeds
  5. ¼ Tsp - Cooking Soda
  6. 2 - Dry Red Chilli
  7. 6 Tbsp - Hot Oil
  8. 1 tsp - lemon juice
  9. ¼ Cup - Water(more if required)
  10. 1 - Inch Cinnamon
  11. Salt to use
  12. 2 Cup - Besan/ Chickpea Flour Roast & Grind
  13. ½ Tsp - Cumin seeds
  14. ½ Tsp - Fennel seeds
  15. 4 - Cloves
  16. To Deep Fry Oil

Instructions

  1. In a Pan Dry Roast and Powder all the Ingredients mentioned In Roast and Grind Section.
  2. Mix Besan Flour with all the remaining ingredients, except water.
  3. Add water little by little, as it very easy make a messy dough.
  4. So add water carefully until you get a soft dough Grease Murukku machine Press with oil.
  5. Fill the dough in Murukku Press and press the sev into the hot oil.
  6. Cook on medium heat, until bubble, reduces and take it out from oil.
  7. Continue the same process till you finish the dough.
  8. Server Masala Sev in the evening with Hot Tea !!
