Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Maida 1/2 cup
  2. 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  3. 1/2tsp salt
  4. 2tbsp melted butter
  5. 1/2cup beetroot grated and make fine paste
  6. 3 tbsp kova
  7. 3 tbsp crushed nuts
  8. 3 tbsp strawberry syrup
  9. 1 tbsp strawberry syrup for dough
  10. 2 tbsp Sugar
  11. 2 tbsp milk powder
  12. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl add flour salt sugar melted butter and strawberry syrup and knead to soft dough adding water keep aside for 10 minutes
  2. Grind beetroot to fine paste without adding water
  3. Grind the jobs also to find paste
  4. Combine kova milk powder sugar and beetroot and cook it on a low flame till it become thick consistency
  5. To this consistency switch off the flame keep aside to cool
  6. To this add dry fruits crushed and mix well
  7. Make small balls like this keep aside
  8. Now make the flower shape by stuffing beetroot mixture Step by step pic are here please follow

  14. Now the flower is ready Heat the pan add enough oil when oil is hot slide each flower slowly fry for 3 to 4 minutes on medium flame or until done
  15. Now flower shape cookie is ready crispy and yummy Cookie is ready to serve
