Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Sabudana 1 cup
  2. Wheat flour 1 to 1.5 cups
  3. Rice flour 1/2 cup
  4. Onion chopped 1/2 cup
  5. Green chilli 1 chopped
  6. Coriander leaves few
  7. Jeera 1 spoon
  8. Salt for taste
  9. Water 1 glass
  10. Oil 2 spoons

Instructions

  1. Soak sabudana in water, leave it overnight.
  2. After soaking, drain off the excess water.
  3. Now take sabudana in a bowl and add all the given ingredients one by one.
  4. Use water carefully and knead the dough. Don't use more water add Little by little.
  5. Make a non sticky dough and apply oil over the dough and leave it for 30 mins.
  6. Now roll the dough as your desired size.
  7. Heat the dosa tawa and apply oil.
  8. Cook the paratha both side by brushing oil in it.
  9. Now the hot sabudana paratha is ready. Serve it with mint chutney or spicy chutney.
