Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup Basmati Rice
  2. 2 spoon ghee
  3. 1 onion chopped
  4. 1 capsicum chopped
  5. 1 spoon ginger - garlic paste
  6. 2 green chilli slit
  7. 1 cup tomato pyuri
  8. salt as per taste
  9. 1/4 spoon turmeric
  10. 1 spoon kashmiri red chilli powder
  11. 1 spoon sezwaan sauce
  12. 2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Wash and soak the rice for 20 minutes.
  2. Heat a pressure cooker , put ghee .
  3. When they heat than add chopped onion, capsicum, ginger - garlic paste and green chilli.
  4. Saute for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add tomato pyuri and cook till it releases oil.
  6. Now add salt, turmeric, kashmiri red chilli powder and sezwaan sauce saute well.
  7. Then add soaked rice and mix well.
  8. Now add 2 cup of water, cover and pressure cook for 2 whistle on medium flame.
  9. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
