ABOUT Jhalmoori (puffed rice) RECIPE

Crunchy and light snacks very good digestive.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 100 gms Puffed rice
  2. 50 gms flat rice
  3. 4 pieces papad
  4. 100 gms ground nut
  5. 50gms corn flakes
  6. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  7. 1 tsp chat masala
  8. 1/2 tsp black salt
  9. 1/2 tsp mango powder
  10. Oil as required

Instructions

  1. Add oil in a heated frying pan fry papad then fry ground nut, corn flakes and flat rice.
  2. Take a mixing bowl add puffed rice and all these fried ingredients masala black pepper powder and black salt mango powder. Mix properly.
  3. Ready to serve.
