Chilli paneer is popular Chinese starter. Here, I twisted it with crispy noodles basket.

Ingredients Serving: 4
For chilli paneer:
2oog paneer
1 onion
3_4 green chillies
1/2 green bell pepper
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 yellow bell pepper
1 tsp finally chopped garlic
1/2 tsp finally chopped ginger
1 tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp chilli sauce
1/2 tsp vinegar
Salt (to taste)
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp cornflour
2 tbsp oil
For marination:
1 tsp cornflour
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
Pinch of black pepper
Salt ( to taste)
For batter:
2 tbsp cornflour
3 tbsp all purpose flour
1/2 tsp soya sauce
1/2 tsp chilli sauce
Salt (to taste)
1/4 cup water (or as needed)
For noodles basket:
1 cup boiled hakka noodles
1 tbsp cornflour
Oil (for frying)
Instructions
To make chilli paneer cut paneer in cubes and cut green chilli ,onion, bell peppers in sliced.
In a bowl add paneer, cornflour, ginger garlic paste ,black pepper and little salt, mix it very gently and keep aside for 15 minutes.
Add cornflour, all purpose flour, soya sauce, chilli sauce and salt in a bowl ,add water and make smooth batter without any lumps. Deep paneer cubes in it and fry it in golden brown colour.
In a nonstick pan, heat oil then add onion, garlic and ginger, saute it for 2 min then add green chilli and bell peppers and saute it for 2 min.
Add soya sauce, chilli sauce, black pepper and salt, mix it well. Add fried paneer cubes and mix, then add vinger. Add cornflour paste ( 2 tbsp water and 1/2 tsp cornflour)and mix it well.
For noodles basket, mix noodles and cornflour well. Arrange noodles in big strainer like a pic. Put small stainer in it and deep fry it in hot oil till it turns golden brown in colour or become crispy
To serve, put noodles basket in serving plate, add paneer chilli in it and serve it with tomato sauce.
