Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Bread slices
  2. Rawa/ semolina
  3. Milk cream/ Malai
  4. Finely chopped onion
  5. Finely chopped capsicum
  6. Grated carrot
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Chilli flakes

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add 1 tbsp rawa in half cup Cream.
  2. Add chopped onion, capsicum, grated carrot, salt and chilli flakes.
  3. Mix to make a paste, easy to apply on bread slices.
  4. Apply the mix on bread slices. On low flame, toast the clean side of bread topped with mixture on a tawa.
  5. After sometime, turn the bread upside down and toast till golden brown
  6. Take the toasts on plate,cut then diagonally. Serve with ketchup.
