ABOUT Red Sauce Macaroni RECIPE

People usually make red sauce pasta but I tried red sauce pasta. It's more delicious with vegetable flavor with the perfect use of cremica dressings and sauces.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Bambino Macroni 2 cups
  2. Capsicum 2
  3. Onions 2
  4. Tomato 1
  5. Gren chilli 1
  6. Peanuts (optional) 1/4 cup
  7. Cremica tomato ketchup
  8. Cremica thousand island dressing
  9. Cremica pizza and pasta sauce
  10. Salt according to taste
  11. Red chilli flakes
  12. Canola oil 2 tbsp
  13. Oregano flakes

Instructions

  1. Take a large pan and add water and let the macroni boil.
  2. Chop the capsicums, onions, chilli and tomatoes and keep aside.
  3. Now heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan.
  4. Add chopped onions and capsicums in it
  5. Saute it for 5 minutes on low flame
  6. Now add green chilli and tomatoes in it and saute for 2 minutes more
  7. Add salt and chilli flakes in it.
  8. Low the flame and cover it with lid for 2 minutes
  9. Now strain the boiled macroni and keep aside
  10. Now turn off the flame of vegetables masala and add tomato ketchup in it. I added 2 tbsp.
  11. Now add peanuts in it.
  12. Add 1 tbsp pasta and pizza sauce and 2 tbsp of thousand island dressing in it
  13. Add boiled macroni and mix well.
  14. Serve with a sprinkling of oregano flakes.
