Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Watermelon pulp- 1 cup
  2. Sugar -1/2 cup
  3. Lemon juice-2 tsp
  4. Rose syrup-1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. Take watermelon purée using blender.
  2. In a pan pour watermelon pulp and turn on flame .
  3. Keep stirring till the pulp starts thickening.
  4. Add sugar and lemon juice .
  5. Stir almost constantly to prevent the bottom of the mixture from burning.
  6. Make sure to turn off flame when the jam in semi solid consistency as it will turn hard after few hours.
  7. Add rose syrup at the end.
  8. Refrigerate for 2 hours and serve with bread slices.
