A kids recipe with Bread ,egg,tomato,onion and cheese.

Ingredients Serving: 2

1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
1 egg
1/2 onion chopped
1/4 tomato chopped
Bread 2 slices
1 green chilly chopped
Salt to taste
Star cookie cutter
Cheese ball,blueberry and tomato slices for garnishing

Instructions

Take a bread slice,with a cookie cutter,make a star shape and cut it out.
Take a bowl,whisk egg with tomato,onion,green chilly.
Put olive oil in a pan,put the bread,put the egg mixture in the star shaped portion of the bread .
Once side of bread is fried,put cheese and flip it.
Fry the star shaped bread piece ,either cover it over the bread or simply serve it.Garnish with tomato,blueberry and cheese balls.
