Ingredients: Rolled oats 2cups; Brown sugar powder 1/2cup; Mixed nuts crushed 1/2cup; Maida 2tsp; Baking powder 1tsp; Extra Virgin Olive oil 1 cup; Milk 1cup

Rolled oats 2cups
Brown sugar powder 1/2cup
Mixed nuts crushed 1/2cup
Maida 2tsp
Baking powder 1tsp
Extra Virgin Olive oil 1 cup
Milk 1cup

Instructions

Take a rolled oats grind well.
Take a big bowl add oats,maida and baking powder mix well.
Take a olive oil add sugar mix and whisk.
Take a oats bowl add dry fruits and olive oil and sugar batter mix in your hands.
Then rub properlt.
Then add some milk and make a smooth dough.
Take rest in 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes make a ball and roll in rolling pin .
Then roll in 1/2inch thick flat and cut in round shape cookies in cutter or any bottle cover.
Then oven pre heat in 180 degree at 10 minutes.
Take a biscuit tray arrange cookies and bake in 12 to 15 minutes.
Then oats cookies is ready.
