ABOUT Thai tomato soup RECIPE

This soup is made in a form of a Thailand dish. The speciality of it, the flavour of chilli oil and garlic mixture, which taste may better than the normal type of tomato soup.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. large tomatoes 4
  2. onion 1(cut into part by part pieces )
  3. Chopped garlic 2 tablespoon
  4. Salt As per taste
  5. Sugar 1/2 teaspoon
  6. chilli oil 3 table spoon
  7. Soya sauce 1 teaspoon
  8. Red chilli sauce 2 table spoon
  9. Cornflower 1 tablespoon (desolve into water)

Instructions

  1. Blunch tomatoes in boiled water for 5 minutes.
  2. Peel off the outer skin of tomatoes.
  3. Make a smooth paste of tomatoes in a mixer
  4. Put a frying pan onto the gas.
  5. Heat 1 tablespoon of chilli oil into the pan.
  6. Then saute the chopped garlic for 1 minute
  7. Add pieces of onion and saute the onion pieces until soften
  8. Then pour the tomato paste, add salt and sugar
  9. Then add 1 cup of warm water into it and bring it to boil
  10. Properly mix the soya sauce and red chilli sauce together
  11. When the tomato mixture started to boil add sauces mixture.
  12. Add desolving cornflower for thickness of soup.
  13. Lastly add extra 2 tablespoon of chilli oil in it for better flavour and taste of the soup.
  14. Serve hot in a soup bowl
