this recipe is my kids favourite ifn make it for lunch

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 3 onions chopped
  2. 4 tomatoes chopped
  3. ginger garlic Chili paste 2tablespoon
  4. oil 4 tbsp
  5. One medium potato chopped
  6. 1 cup Macaroni
  7. one teaspoon Garam Masala
  8. 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  9. 1 teaspoon haldi powder
  10. 2 teaspoon coriander powder
  11. 1 teaspoon jeera powder

Instructions

  1. heat oil in a pressure cooker
  2. add onions in oil
  3. Cook till golden brown
  4. add ginger garlic Chili paste
  5. add salt ,red chilli powder ,coriander powder ,haldi powder and jeera powder
  6. Stir and add tomatoes
  7. Stir and add 1 cup water,pressure cook this onion tomato masala for 1 whistle
  8. when pressure releases open the lid in grind masala with hand mixer
  9. cook this masala on high flame and add potatoes
  10. When it is roasted well and the oil is released
  11. Add 2 cups of water and pressure cook for 2 whistles.
  12. when pressure releases and macaroni in it
  13. boil for few minutes till macaroni is done
  14. sprinkle garam masala and coriander leaves on top.
  15. Serve hot with chapati and rice
