ABOUT Spaghetti Le nid d'oiseau RECIPE

A simple, yet delicious dish made out of boiled (later baked) spaghetti alongside cheese, assorted sauces as well as some tasty chicken!! And, olives with parsley for a nice garnish. It really is finger lickin’ good!!

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1/2 packer spaghetti
  2. water (for boiling)
  3. salt (as per taste)
  4. 2 tablespoon olive oil
  5. 2 tablespoon sweet corn
  6. 2 tablespoon bell peppers (finely chopped)
  7. 2 tablespoon tinned pineapple (chopped)
  8. 1 tablespoon black olives (sliced)
  9. 4 tablespoon Pizza-Pasta Sauce
  10. Mozzarella cheese (as per requirement)
  11. parmesan cheese (as per requirement)
  12. Dried parsley (for garnishing)

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Boil some water in a saucepan and add salt and a teaspoon of olive oil to it. Then let the water boil.
  2. Step 2: After the waiter starts boiling, add the spaghetti and cook it for approximately 15 minutes. After that, strain the spaghetti properly and add another teaspoon of olive oil to it. Keep it in the fridge again for approximately 15 minutes.
  3. Step 3: After 15 minutes, take out your spaghetti of the fridge and add parmesan cheese to it. Arrange the spaghetti in a muffin tray at the base with the veggies and the mozzarella cheese at the top.
  4. Step 4: Bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes in 180* Celsius.
  5. Step 5: After taken out, let the spaghetti cool for some time and then de-mould it.
  6. Step 6: Arrange it in a serving bowl by keeping the muffins in the middle and the leftover spaghetti around it. Garnish with some parsley. And voilà, your Spaghetti Le nid d'oiseau is ready to eat!
