ABOUT Instant Garlic Bread Pasta RECIPE

Garlic Bread and pasta make a very good combo so i thought why not combine them together in one dish. And here i got the winner..this pasta recipe became instant hit as it has all the flavour of garlic bread topped with some Rosemary. This recipe is a quick recipe with very few ingredients and a sure shot hit at your tea time or just anytime. HAPPY COOKING!!

Ingredients Serving: 4

2 cups Conchiglie Pasta(you can use any pasta)
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
4 tbsp butter
1 tsp dried Rosemary
1 tsp dried Italian herbs
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
Salt to taste
1 tsp garlic chopped

Instructions

Heat water in a deep vessel with salt and 1 tsp oil and when water starts boiling add pasta and cook till al-dente (just cooked).
Drain in a colander and rinse with water and keep aside in a serving bowl.
In a pan heat 3 tbsp butter by continuously stirring it. Let it get little golden in colour. Watch out that you dont burn the butter.
Simmer the flame and add breadcrumbs and mix gently. Keep aside.
In a separate pan add 2 tbsp of butter and add in your chopped garlic. Let the garlic and butter infuse together. It will take only few seconds.
Add in all your dry spices and herbs. Mix them.
Switch off the gas.
Pour this butter on the Boiled pasta and mix gently.
Now pour in your breadcrumbs mixture and mix gently.
Your exotic garlic bread pasta is ready. Serve hot.
