This is very innovative spaghetti is type of paste can combine any different flavours i use to make soya sause along with this dosa wrap

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Spaghetti 150 gms
  2. Mozzarella cheese 2o gms grated
  3. Soya sause 2 tsp
  4. Tomato sause 1 tsp
  5. Chilli sause 1 tsp
  6. Tasting salt half tsp
  7. Venigar half tsp
  8. Chopped onion 1 cup
  9. Chopped carrot half cup
  10. Chopped capsicum half cup
  11. salt as per taste
  12. Dosa batter 1 bowl
  13. Oil as per need
  14. Butter 2 cubes
  15. Garlic 2 finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat the deep mouth container for spaghetti boiling
  2. After 15 min strain water keep a side it
  3. Heat fri pan put butter cubes
  4. Add garlic fri well it gives good aroma then add onion fri as well transparent
  5. Then add veggies close lid for soften
  6. Then add siya sause,salt,tomato sause,chilli sause,tasting salt
  7. Then add mixed herbs after add boiled spaghetti on to pan
  8. Mix well leave 1 min flavours all binds to that
  9. Finally add mozzarella mix up turn off
  10. Heat dosa tavva pour batter apply like dosa touch up oil
  11. Fri both sides place prepared spaghetti on top of dosa
  12. Wrap up nicely take a serving plate place spaghetti and dosa wrap
  13. Garnish it tomato sauce ready to serve
