Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Brown bread slices
  2. 200 gm paneer
  3. 3 tomatoes ( cut into round pieces)
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  6. oregano
  7. 1/4 tsp lalmirch powder
  8. 2 tsp Cornflour
  9. Oil as required
  10. butter
  11. mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Take 4 by 4 thick pieces of paneer. Sprinkle black pepper powder and salt. Quote well.
  2. Make a thick batter of cornflour and dip paneer pieces in it.
  3. Take oil in a pan and cook paneer till light golden brown.
  4. Now cut paneer into small pieces and add mayonnaise lal mirch powder, oregano, black pepper powder. Mix properly.
  5. Put this mixture on bread. Put round tomato slices on it.cover with other bread slice.
  6. Apply butter on both sides and grill it in a electric griller.
  7. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
