Lauki burfee made up with left over pedas

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Left over pedas 100 grams
  2. Grated lauki...1 cup
  3. Milk 1 cup
  4. Sugar 1 table spoon
  5. Silver warq...1
  6. Chopped dry fruits as desired
  7. Green colour few drops

Instructions

  1. Crumble pedas, cook lauki in a ladleful water on low flame or alternatively pressure cook this to one whistle with few drops of water
  2. Boil milk and add this cooked lauki and crumbled pedas
  3. Add sugar and cook till all dries up and leaves pan
  4. Grease a thali, pour this material on it, use warq and dry fruits to garnish, let it cool down
  5. Cutpieces and enjoy, tastes yum
