Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Urad Dal - 100g
  2. Chana Dal - 50g
  3. Curry Leaves - As Required
  4. Salt - As Required
  5. Jeera - 1Tsp
  6. Black Pepper - 1Tsp
  7. Asafoetida - 1/2 Tsp

Instructions

  1. Dry Roast Urad Dal, Chana Dal, Red Chilies, Curry Leaves, Cumin Seeds, Black Pepper and allow it to cool for sometime. Add required amount of salt and asafoetida to the roasted ingredients and grind it as a coarse powder.
