This is my innovative recipe by adding leftover black chickpeas in the stuffing of bread roll

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Potatoes 4
  2. Onion 1
  3. 1 green chilli
  4. Leftover boiled black chickpeas 1/2 cup
  5. Oil 2 tablespoons for making stuffing
  6. 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  7. 2 teaspoon coriander powder
  8. 1 teaspoon red pepper powder
  9. 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
  10. 1 teaspoon dry mango powder
  11. 12 bread pieces
  12. Oil for frying
  13. Water as needed to soak the bread

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes
  2. Peel and mashed potatoes
  3. Chopped onion and green chilli finely
  4. Pit a pan on heat
  5. Add oil
  6. Add cumin seeds
  7. Add chopped onion and chilli
  8. Add mashed potatoes and chickpeas
  9. Add all the spices
  10. Mix well
  11. Add dry mango powder
  12. Turn off the flame
  13. Now soak the bread slice just for a while
  14. Squeeze well
  15. Stuff 1 tablespoon stuffing in it and close it properly
  16. Give desired shape
  17. Make all the bread rolls same way
  18. Now deep fry in medium heat oil
  19. Remove from oil when turns crispy and golden
  20. Serve hot with chutney and tomato sauce
