Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Cooked Rice 4bowls
  2. Sugar 3bowls
  3. Dry fruits as your liking
  4. Desi ghee 6tsp
  5. Keshewnuts 15
  6. Cloves 6
  7. Coconut grated 2bowls
  8. Dry coconut grated 1/4Bowl
  9. Cardamom powder 2tsp
  10. Salt 1 pinch
  11. Oil 1tsp
  12. Edible orange colour

Instructions

  1. First cook the rice in pressure cooker while cooking add 1tsp oil n a pinch of salt .Add water only above rice don't add too much water .
  2. When it get cooled spread it in Big plate
  3. Now heat ghee on low flame .deep fry Keshewnuts Now add cloves when sputter add grated coconut saute for a minute now add cooked rice ,orange edible colour n mix well
  4. Add sugar, cardamom powder, dry fruits (Optional).Now cook till it becomes thick n leaves the sides of pan
  5. Add grated dry coconut n fried Keshewnuts
  6. Now coconut rice is ready
