Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Gram flour 1 kilogram
  2. Semolina 250 gram
  3. Sugar 500 gram
  4. Pure ghee 750 gram
  5. Melon seeds 200 gram
  6. A handful of chopped almonds and cashew nuts

Instructions

  1. Put a heavy bottom vok on medium heat
  2. Add ghee
  3. Add gram flour and semolina
  4. Keep stirring
  5. Shallow fry till golden and the fragrance comes out
  6. It will take 15 to 20 minutes
  7. Now turn off the flame
  8. Let it cool down to some extent
  9. Add powdered sugar
  10. Add roasted melon seeds and chopped dry fruits
  11. Mix well
  12. Now make small balls with hands to make laddus
  13. Keep in an airtight container
