Follow the instructions on the packet and prepare the jelly.
Take 1/4 cup of water and dissolve 1 tsp of gelatin in it. Add this to the above made jelly mixture.
Add chopped mint leaves, cabbage and capsicum. Pour this in a mould and leave it to set in the fridge.
Steam the sprouts for 3 minutes. Take a salad tray and un-mould the prepared aspic jelly on it.
Arrange sprouts, green beans aesthetically around the aspic jelly. I placed sprouts in the center.
